This website introduces the psychological services offered by Despoina Anastasia Samiou. Its content is general information and does not provide an individual assessment, diagnosis or treatment.
Sending an enquiry or requesting an introductory call does not establish a therapeutic relationship or confirm an appointment. Fees, availability, cancellation arrangements and the terms of any ongoing service are agreed separately before that service begins.
The contact form and booking links are not emergency services. If you need urgent help, contact your local emergency services.
Please use this website lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it or misuse its contact form. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; those services have their own terms and privacy policies.

Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name, email address and permission to reply. You may also provide an enquiry type and a message. These details are used to respond to your enquiry and discuss the service you request. Please share only what is needed to arrange initial contact; avoid including medical records or detailed health information.
The form asks for your consent to use your details to reply. You can withdraw that consent by email; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out. If you become a client, information about the handling of clinical records and the basis for that processing will be provided separately.
Downloads and the mailing list
Free guides offered on this website, such as The Mother Wound Reset, download directly and do not require you to provide any details.
Those pages also offer an optional sign-up asking for your first name, email address and consent, so that Despoina can send you occasional emails about her work. It is entirely optional and separate from the download. Sign-ups are handled through Netlify Forms in the same way as the contact form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by email, and every message sent will tell you how to stop receiving them.
Services involved
The website is configured to send contact forms through Netlify Forms. Messages sent by email are handled by the relevant email providers. The booking link opens Cal.com, and the WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp; information you provide there is also subject to their policies.
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and some images from Unsplash. Loading these resources sends technical information, such as your IP address and browser request details, to their providers. Hosting services may also process technical request information to deliver and protect the website.

Keeping your information
Enquiry information should be kept only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and meet applicable obligations. Contact Despoina for the retention period applicable to your enquiry or any subsequent client records.
